Reinmoson 2 Pack Large Tea Ball Infuser

Purchased this set to test to make thai tea with a loose mix tea instead of just dumping the tea in the water and then straining out with the normal cheesecloth or cotton filter. It seemed like it would be less of a mess and less waste that way. It did work to steep the tea, definitely not to the same strength that having the tea loose in the pan does. I didn’t hate it, it would have probably been ok if just allowed to steep for more time. The problem was in the cleanup. The holes on this thing are TINY TINY and the course “woody” nature of the thai tea mix just meant that tons of things got embedded/stuck in the holes and it was IMPOSSIBLE to clean by hand, with a brush, or in the dishwasher. 0/0 for that use case. I’m sure it probably works fine for a loose leaf ice tea or breakfast tea but no good if you’re looking to do something that isn’t starting with a fine or leafy blend.

I use it for tea brewing in slowly cookers. Works well with my tea consumption.

I use this for infusing astragalus and other dried herbs in stocks and soups. It contains the herbs well, while allowing good flow of liquid through the holes. Screw-on lid keeps everything secure as it simmers. Super easy to clean, and is solid construction. Highly recommend.

So smooth with holes so fine that I thought it had a plastic covering. I ran water through it to make sure it wasn’t just pictures of holes. Works perfect.

I bought this infuser for making broths, soups, and stews. I’m impressed! Here’s why:

I find this product remarkably easy to clean, and it has shown no signs of rusting, which is particularly noteworthy given its use in my kombucha brewing. The acidity of kombucha is quite high due to its low pH, a condition that would certainly lead to rust in materials of inferior quality. Thus far, it has remained rust-free.

I needed a tea strainer to make CCF (coriander, cumin, fennel) tea plus be able to add cut up ginger. The first tea strainer was too small to do the job. This one is much better. Plus there’s 2 in the order, so if one’s in the dishwasher, there’s another ready to go.

This was the perfect product for what I wanted. I do a lot of camping and it is just what I needed to boil coffee.

We got these to use when making Pho broth so the spices would stay together and be easier to get out. Worked well for us.

This product is excellent I use it for large batches of infused tea and it hold a lot of different herbs to steep in hot water. This product also works great with very finally grounded herbs since the hole are so small nothing is release but the nutrition and minerals from the herbs. I also use it to make stock for soups again using the product to hold herbs to infuse in the soup stock for flavor and nutrition. I high recommend this product you will not be disappointed.

I brew my own tea using ginger root and lemongrass. Being able to use this extra large tea strainer allows me to steep over a gallon at a time. This saves me SO much time, especially the straining process. Love it!

Love this product easy to use and very helpful, and easy to clean.

I was looking for an infuser that would hold a lot of tea and this one is perfect. It will easily hold 10 tablespoons tea and more. The mesh allows the water to saturate the tea easily. I also like the act that the bottom is flat so it’s easy to sit in the container of water.

I liked the easy to use design. We normally make loose tea by the gallon,so the size of the container fulfilled that with ease. This is a very high quality product, we are very pleased.
