Reinmoson 2 Pack Large Tea Ball Infuser

This tea ball was exactly what I was looking for. I use it to infuse several tablespoons of mulling spices in two bottles of wine (a red and a port), while warming them in a crockpot. It is very easy to drain, open and clean out.

I already have a Tea Infuser. However, it’s too small and I need a bigger one.
I found this 2 pack large Infuser for loose leaf tea & spice ball for cooking soup is a perfect size for my cooking.
I now can add more different spices into the this Tea Infuser every I cook my soup.

Really easy to clean out and use for large batches of tea. Especially enjoy for making ice tea – fill the container with loose tea leaves and let it steep in cold water over night!

I love these things! I needed large ones to steep my ground coffee for cold brew. There is nothing better than cold brew and NOT having to pay through the nose for it!
I decided to try making it at home and since I am such a disaster lurking to happen, it seemed every time I went to strain the grounds I managed to make a big mess! (and usually get a mouthful of grounds ACK! Don’t ask me how! like I said, I’m a disaster lurking around the corner from myself! My nickname as a kid and still is with the fam, is Gilligan)
Anyways, I went searching for something fool(me)proof and found these! Now I just place my freshly ground coffee beans into this and drop it into my vintage 1 gallon pickle jar full of water and it steeps beautifully for 24-48 hours! No more grounds in my iced coffee, and no more paying for the college educations of the starbux owner’s kids!. And getting the 2fers deal made my transaction even more sweet because while one is being washed the other is already steeping my cold brew or when my relatives arrive for turkey day this year, I can cold brew 2 gallons at once since my sisters and I are Iced coffeeholics! These little gadgets just saved me a mint! I’m buying another set for myself and sets for my sisters for Christmas, thats how much I love these things!! If you use ANY kind of loose tea, ground coffee etc., then you HAVE to gets these! They are very high quality, so no worries on getting junk, they clean up super easy, and most importantly, NO GROUNDS in my coffee…AT ALL..that’s huge considering what a disastrous klutz I am! (my elbows and knees are crime scenes from tripping over air UP the stairs)
Stop procrastinating and just GET EM. You will not regret it..and if they do not work for you, then you are quite possibly a bigger disaster than i am, and that just isnt possible.

I have a recipe for grapefruit/lemon drink supposed to be good for the immune system. Unfortunately the recipe requires a handful of white pine needles. I have struggled for over a year trying to find a way to simmer the liquid without spending hours straining the needles out. I tried using a muslin bag, but then it was almost impossible to clean the bag. This infuser was perfect! I have another tea recipe that requires blending tea leaves from 5 or 6 different herbs. It used to take me almost an hour to strain out all the loose tea leaves, herbs and berries. This infuser is perfect! Note, however, that it is not going to work well for small amounts of liquid. It’s too big. I have a smaller tea kettle for a single cup. But if you want to infuse loose herbs in soups–or make a large amount of tea–I can’t think of a better, cleaner, more convenient method of infusing.

These infusers are great. Well made and easy to use. I neglected to check the dimensions of them and the container I wanted to use them in and it turned out the infuser is too big to fit through the opening of the container. They are quite large. I kept them because maybe I’ll be able to use them later.

The tea infuser is so fine that very little tea particles get into your tea liquid. I have others that have bigger holes and they deposit too much sediment into your tea cup. That did not happen with this tea infuser. So easy to use and clean too

We bought these with the intention of using them to cold brew teas and coffee in 1-gallon dispensers. We have used these for both Green Tea and Coffee and they work wonderfully; no separation while submerged, and no rust.

For closed containers, the hook on the chain isn’t very useful, but we were able to hang it on the lip of the jar and close the lid on our style dispenser.

I decided to quit sodt drinks so I’ve been making teas for my family and me. This is big enough to fit enough tea for a gallon of water. I really like the hook that keeps it from sinking to the bottom of the pitcher. It is easy to use and to clean. I love it!

I liked this tea infuser for it’s large capacity and the fact that lid screwed on very securely. I was excited to be able to make a gallon of tea at a time. It seems well made. I had to return it only for the fact that it did not fit in my glass pitcher with a narrow top. Only by a few centimeters. I will buy again if I purchase another pitcher.

I bought the two pack. One for loose leaf tea & one for those Crock Pot meals. Regular Grocery store tea bags are often not organic. Loaded w/bug spray. I’m giving up Diet & Regular Pop. The diet pop if I drink a second one, my eyes are effected. Hurts my vision. Regular is loaded w/sugar. Amazon has such a great variety of teas. I can buy the tea bags. Or I can buy a variety of loose leafs w/ hundreds of flavors & make a tea I like. It’s a Win Win because it’s also more economical.

We frequently cook large pots of soups and stews, especially in the cooler months. It is not pleasant to have the ginger, herbs, and whole spices in the soup itself and have to fish them out, and it’s a pain to have to tie them in cheesecloth. We had a small tea ball, but couldn’t fit all the seasonings we need into the small ball. This large tea ball infuser works great for us. It is easy to open and close, and seals tightly. The perforations are tiny and keep in even the smallest herb leaves, but there is no problem for the liquids to penetrate and allow the spices to infuse into the broth. It is easy to clean, and so far has not shown any signs of discoloration or rust. It is probably rather large for smaller batches, but since we usually make large amounts, for us it works great.

So, I live in one of the southern states of America, where it’s hot/warm 90% of the year. I put my husband’s breakfast and lunch together during the work week and it’s often too hot for hot coffee in the morning. I tried buying premade cold brew and it got expensive!! I started looking online for large tea strainers, Found these and have had them for a while and love them!! There is very little (if any) coffee bits left in my coffee. I just recently made some iced tea and one of the bags ripped, there was NO free-floating leaves in the pitcher!!

This is such a great product if you have to make a large quantity of a drink for parties or something you drink weekly.

This size is more than enough for two big servings of chai (cinnamon sticks, cardamom, other spices) – and could probably fit enough for six big servings. The extra fine mesh is exactly what I needed for the type of black tea I use – ground rather than leaves – and nothing comes out so there’s no residue at the bottom of the pot. Using this instead of just loose spices is amazing for two main reasons: 1) clean-up is ridiculously easier – just strain, dump into garbage, and rinse and 2) it wastes less tea – instead of trying to squeeze soggy hot spices with tongs or transferring loose spices into a colander, you just hold the infuser up and let it drain completely dry – this probably saved 1/4 cup of tea (I know that’s not much $ savings, but it’s the principle that matters LOL). I’m so glad the other reviewer mentioned pho – I can’t wait to try that to avoid eating the numbing peppers!

This large infuser is the perfect size for brewing/steeping large batches of herbal tea. I make my own loose tea blends, and often make large batches of iced herbal tea with them. I searched high and low for a stainless steel infuser that was large enough to hold 3/4-1 cup of loose herbs….and this infuser was the ticket! It’s very easy to use, and I love that the lid has threads so that it is tightly secured during the steeping process. The fine mesh openings on the sides and bottom are large enough to allow for a thorough steep, but small enough that you don’t end up with herb particles in your finished tea. Love this infuser!
