Reinmoson Tea Balls for Loose Tea

This is a great one, just the right size ; beautiful design, firm body, good size holes, hangs well, cleaned easily. I already bought one for a friend; good price nice gift to give. I am just a first time customer, who, after almost a month of daily use, am grateful. And will or der more for when I have a friend or two here for visit, I will even open the tea bags I have and use this.

This does pretty much what it’s expected to do. The only downside is where the chain goes into the ball, it lets the tea particles come through the lid and into your mug. Aside from that, it works really well.

Even though the mesh is fine there is still some, not a lot, of leaves left in the cup. I’m sure this happens with any tea ball. I know most of it comes from the top where the chain comes out and the other thing is that it’s hard to get apart.

These are large, hold loose tea well and are made well but are hard to open. A more efficient tea ball would be round with a screw top rather than a pull open one. When I pull mine open, some wet loose tea pops out.

After reading a ton of different reviews on loose tea steepers I decided to go with this one.

It’s nice quality in comparison to most. I still get small loose tea particles in my tea which seemed to be a common complaint on ALL similar product reviews. Ultimately I think it’s unavoidable and depends on the type of tea you’re using.

I would still recommend this. It came exactly as pictured. It’s well made and does the job it’s supposed to.

The tea balls are well made, and the top and bottom close snugly. The retractable chain is a nice idea, a clever implementation, and solves the usual problem with ‘cheap’ tea balls of chain – ball disassociation.
The only issue is that the volume of tea contained isn’t quite sufficient for a large pot (after leaving room for tea expansion). Of course if you overfill the tea, it really gets packed-in after expansion making it harder to clean for next use.

I recently purchased this tea infuser from Reinmoson. I did so after reading through several reviews of this and other tea infusers, and am happy I chose this one.

The tea infuser is not too big: good for one cup, but has enough space to potentially (depending on the quality of the tea) produce multiple cups or a single cup of really strong tea.

The tea infuser is made of stainless steel, easy to clean and feels durable. It closes easily but firmly, so no risk of it opening up in my tea mug.

Most importantly, the holes in the tea infuser are sufficiently small to not have any tea leaves escaping (a common issue with many tea infusers), but large enough to have good water flow over the tea leaves.

All-in-all, I would buy again from this seller as I feel that this tea infuser is definitely value for its money and makes good tea!

I will not waste words to say the simple: This product is made of stainless steel as I had looked for to avoid plastics. It is large enough to hold roughly the same amount of tea that previous to this I would steep bare in my drinkware (either a Mason jar or a quite average-sized yunomi from Japan). It is not so large as to be unwieldy in the drinkware. In short: this is an excellent product that is and does exactly what I sought. I have used it for about a month to date. I would not hesitate today to buy it, say, as a gift for any friend who I thought would need it.

This is an amazing little loose leaf tea ball that is absolutely perfect for very fine tea. I bought this specifically to keep the tea leaves in the tea ball and out of my cup. The extra fine mesh is perfect for very fine tea or the bottom of the bag tea that is more like powder. This tea ball checks all the marks! And it comes with a drip tray. Major plus! It is incredibly easy to keep clean. I will keep these in stock in my house and at the office!

Durability is really good after 1 week of using, everyday, so I think I already got back the value of money of the products since I don’t have to pop in Starbucks Campus for my caffeine.
I’m super efficient so I got premade tea bag, pop in the cube, hot water, close cap, let the string hanging tea bag outside so I can fish it out later, I removed the stainless steel on top of the cup because I won’t able to close the cap if I use those. Tea can sit whole morning without broken when I move from class to class. The longer it’s in there, the stronger, I need it stronger because after 3hours class my body need stronger caffeine. Avg time in the morning: 1 min boiling water, 10s fill water in my tumbler, morning set!

Although they probably still function as they should-I don’t like the fact that one came really bent. The other has some very slight dents-which I can deal with. Anyone who has these know that Although they probably appear to be small and fragile….they are not. I’m trying to push the deep dent out and can’t. Truthfully I only need one but I’m big on appearance of the items I purchase as well. The little box it came in was not damaged so I’m not sure how that’s even possible.

An update:
I began using the not so damaged one and it does work extremely well. The fine mesh keeps the smallest little loose tea bits from seeping into your cup-which I really appreciate. However, what appreciate even more so is-the seller reached out to me several times in attempt to make things right (although I didn’t notice the messages until this morning). I had to update my review to reflect this, talk about the functionality of the product now that I’ve used it for the last week and to say that I do have ultimate respect for the seller-I wasn’t really looking for or expecting anything to be done but apparently that is how they do things and I love it. Would recommend the product. Would recommend the seller, and I would surely order from them again.

Another update-quite sometime has passed and I haven’t received a replacement or any of what the seller reached out to me mentioning. I’m not sure what happened but I’m not going to reach out inquiring because I didn’t reach out at any point-the seller must have seen my initial review because they reached out to me. Overall-as long as you get a product that isn’t bent, it works well. I just don’t appreciate the dishonesty on the end of the seller who did not keep their word

The cubed shaped infusers came in a set of two, and appear to be of thin, but sturdy make. After about a month of using one of them almost daily, the surface has browned a tad, but seems to be holding up well. The holes in the infuser cover most of its surface and are tiny enough to keep most types of loose tea from escaping the confines of the infuser during the brewing process. The only tea I have had a notable portion of loose tea components coming out of the bottom was Harney & Son’s Scottish Morn, which uses fine bits of black tea leaves, making it possibly the strongest brew of tea there is. That tea comes at the caveat that the leaf components are extremely fine trimmed, and so the holes on this infuser may have a difficult time holding the smaller bits. Thankfully, all other teas I’ve tried, such as East Frisian, Pumpkin Spice, and a few decaf blends left little to no particles behind. Overall, these are excellent infusers, and I have great confidence they will hold up for years to come. I do recommend taking your time when pouring hot water up to around the height of the infuser to ensure micro currents and water eddies don’t accidentally force out a few tea components from the larger hole at the top of the infuser, where the chain comes out.

EDIT: changed to 5 stars. The seller replaced the tea infusers with a different one that has a much smaller hole on top and does not let almost any tea leaves through. This one was more of what I was looking for and works well!!

This works well but I got them specifically because of the very small holes and they are great but there is a larger hole on top for the chain and yea leaves were able to come through that. If you’re not using super small tea it works well.

I have to admit that I am kind of new to tea drinking. But I was really surprised on the quality of this product. It is so difficult at times to see a what appears to be a quality-built product online and then when you get it at home it looks cheaply made. The holes are super small and kept my tea clean of debris. It was a little tricky to open but I guess that’s by design. You don’t want it to accidentally open in your tea. The retractable chain is also a nice touch. I have others that when I store them, the chain is all over the place. Overall great experience with this tea infuser.

I’ve had several tea infusers and this one has many really cool perks that you might not expect! At first, you notice the sleek and smooth design of the stainless steel. it has a nice weight and feel to it. It has a retractable chain with a hook that will allow the infuser to sink while allowing you to use the chain to steep your tea. It is super easy to clean and comes with a little plate where you can put your infuser after using it. Overall, a cool design, a well built product that does exactly what it should! Great job!!
